Est. 2010 - Corona's Restorative Specialists

The art of
rebuilding teeth.

The average American loses 12 teeth by age 50. Modern restorative dentistry makes that statistic obsolete.

Crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, dentures - crafted from materials stronger than the teeth nature gave you. 3,000+ restorations placed since 2010, with a 5-year warranty on every piece.

§ Our Craft

Built to last longer than
the teeth they replace.

Restorative dentistry has advanced more in the last 15 years than in the previous 100. Zirconia crowns are now stronger than natural teeth. Digital impressions have replaced gooey trays. Same-day CEREC crowns mean you walk in with a broken tooth and walk out with a permanent restoration in under 2 hours.

The difference between a great restoration and a mediocre one is measured in decades. A well-made zirconia crown lasts 15-25 years. A rushed, poorly-fitted crown can fail in 3-5.

We've placed over 3,000 crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and dentures since 2010. Our 5-year failure rate is under 2% - compared to the national average of 8-15%.

§ The Catalog

Four restorations. Four specialties.

Every case is different. Some patients need a single crown after a root canal. Others need a full-mouth rebuild. Here's what we craft, and what each is designed for.

Chapter 01 - Crowns

Crowns & caps.

A custom-made cap that covers and protects a damaged tooth. The workhorse of restorative dentistry.

When a tooth is cracked, severely decayed, or weakened by a root canal, a crown restores its strength, shape, and function. The difference between a great crown and a mediocre one is measured in decades. We use zirconia and Emax — the strongest, most natural-looking materials available — crafted by master ceramists for shade-matching so precise the crown is indistinguishable from your natural teeth.

Chapter 02 - Bridges

Dental bridges.

Replace a missing tooth by anchoring to the healthy teeth on either side - a time-tested solution.

A bridge fills the gap left by a missing tooth by using the adjacent teeth as support. When implants aren't an option - due to bone loss, health considerations, or budget - a bridge is a proven, reliable alternative. Modern bridges are crafted from zirconia or porcelain-fused-to-metal, designed to distribute bite forces evenly and last 10-15 years.

Chapter 03 - Inlays & Onlays

Inlays & onlays.

When a cavity is too large for a filling but too small for a crown - the elegant middle ground.

Most dentists default to crowns because they're simpler. But when a tooth is damaged in a way that covers less than 50% of the surface, inlays and onlays are the smarter choice. They preserve 30-40% more of your natural tooth structure than a crown would require - which means your tooth stays stronger, longer. Custom-fabricated and bonded with the same precision as a veneer.

Chapter 04 - Dentures

Modern dentures.

Nothing like the ones your grandparents wore. Comfortable, natural-looking, and often implant-secured.

1 in 5 Americans over 65 has lost all their teeth. Today's dentures have leapfrogged a generation. Options include implant-supported dentures (that snap onto 2-4 dental implants for near-permanent stability), flexible partial dentures (no metal clasps), and premium acrylic dentures with custom-shaped teeth that match your face and age. We design them to look like the teeth you had - not generic stock shapes.

§ The Signals

Six signs your tooth needs work.

Most restorative problems announce themselves early - if you know what to listen for. Here are the signals we see most often in patients who've waited too long.

N*01

Pain when biting down

A cracked tooth or failing filling often shows up as sharp pain when chewing on one specific side. Catch it early and we save the tooth. Wait too long and it becomes a root canal.

Likely Solution

Crown or Onlay

N*02

Visible crack or chip

Any visible fracture line or chipped corner needs evaluation. Cracks can travel - a tooth that looks fine today can split completely within months if untreated.

Likely Solution

Crown or Onlay

N*03

Missing tooth in smile line

Even one missing tooth causes the adjacent teeth to shift over time. Within 3-5 years, one gap becomes a bite misalignment affecting the whole mouth.

Likely Solution

Bridge or Implant

N*04

Old silver fillings

Amalgam fillings expand and contract with temperature, cracking teeth over time. If yours are over 10-15 years old, they likely need replacement before they fail.

Likely Solution

Composite or Onlay

N*05

Recent root canal

90% of root-canaled teeth need a crown within 6 months. Without one, the remaining tooth structure is brittle and will likely fracture within a year or two.

Likely Solution

Crown

N*06

Loose or failing dental work

Most crowns, bridges, and dentures need replacement every 10-15 years. If your old work feels loose, looks worn, or has chipped - it's time.

§ Materials Matter

The difference is
measured in decades.

The material a restoration is made of determines everything - how long it lasts, how natural it looks, how much natural tooth we have to remove. Modern materials are 2-3x stronger than what was available 15 years ago, with aesthetics that rival natural enamel.

We use only Emax, zirconia, and lithium disilicate for our cosmetic and restorative work - never bargain ceramic or old-generation porcelain. The upfront cost is slightly higher. The long-term value is dramatically better.

Every restoration is crafted at master ceramist labs in the United States. We never use overseas labs or mass-production milling centers. The difference is visible - and permanent.

§ The Process

How a restoration is made.

The difference between a great restoration and a rushed one is in the process. Here's every step we take, from your first visit to final placement.

I

Diagnosis & Planning

60-minute visit

Comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and 3D imaging to evaluate the tooth, surrounding bone, and bite alignment. We walk through every option with you, including cost and timeline.

II

Tooth Preparation

45-90 minutes

Under local anesthesia, we shape the tooth precisely to receive the restoration. For crowns, we remove only what's necessary - typically 1.5-2mm of enamel. Minimally invasive, maximally preservation-focused.

III

Digital Impression

5-10 minutes

No gooey trays. A digital scanner captures your tooth in 3D with sub-millimeter precision. The scan is instantly sent to our master ceramist lab - or, for same-day cases, directly to our in-office CEREC milling machine.

IV

Crafting

Same-day or 2 weeks

Your restoration is hand-crafted by a master ceramist for maximum aesthetic quality, or milled in-office same-day using CEREC. While you wait (for multi-visit cases), a temporary crown protects the prepared tooth.

V

Final Fitting

45-minute visit

The restoration is checked for fit, color, and bite alignment. If anything isn't perfect, we adjust or remake it - we never compromise on fit. Once approved, we cement permanently.

VI

Follow-Up & Warranty

At your next cleaning

Every restoration comes with a 5-year craftsmanship warranty. We check the fit and integrity at every 6-month cleaning. If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, we repair or replace at no additional cost.

PATIENT PORTFOLIO · CALABASAS

I had a 20-year-old crown that finally failed. Dr. Kashani replaced it with zirconia — and honestly, it looks better than the real teeth next to it. Three years later, it still feels exactly the same as the day he put it in. He genuinely cares about the craftsmanship. It shows.

Frequently Asked

Your questions, answered.

Most well-made zirconia or Emax crowns last 15-25 years with good hygiene, bite protection when needed, and regular cleanings. We also include a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on restorative work.

A crown covers and protects one damaged tooth. A bridge replaces a missing tooth by anchoring to neighboring teeth (or implants), restoring both function and appearance across the gap.

Yes, many cases can be completed same-day with digital scanning and CEREC milling. Complex cosmetic or bite-sensitive cases may still be better with a master-lab crown over two visits.

Many PPO plans cover a portion of medically necessary restorative treatment, often around 50% after deductibles and annual maximums. We verify benefits before treatment so you see exact out-of-pocket costs.

If damage is moderate and enough healthy tooth remains, an inlay/onlay is often ideal because it preserves more natural structure. If the tooth is heavily weakened, a crown is usually the safer long-term option.

Yes. Once bonded and adjusted, you can chew normally on restored teeth. We still recommend avoiding habits like chewing ice or opening packages with teeth to maximize lifespan.

For many patients, yes. Implant-supported dentures provide more stability, better chewing power, less slipping, and can help reduce bone loss over time compared with traditional removable dentures.

We evaluate fit, margins, decay risk, and bite stress with exam plus imaging. If needed, we remove and replace it with a stronger, better-sealed restoration before fracture or infection worsens.

It covers defects related to materials or workmanship on eligible restorations. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we repair or replace the restoration at no additional treatment fee.
